Our Mission: We strive to understand your business needs. We take pride in providing you with professionals who best match your workforce requirements. We have the option to hire these professionals as employees of Turesol. We provide them with fair pay and benefits.
I have spent over 25+ years leading teams, identifying and placing talent, understanding the needs of the hiring manager as well as those of the candidate and being a proactive partner with both management and the client to build successful business relationships. I am passionate about business and taking care of clients and candidates. I love fun in the sun, and escape to sunny Florida whenever possible!
I have been with Tunnell/Turesol for two years building upon my extensive background in supporting executives and leaders in the pharmaceutical and biotech world. As a member of our Human Resources team I enjoy engaging with our staff and independent contractors from their initial project through their life cycle working for Tunnell. I am passionate about people. When I’m not logged on I enjoy spending time with my family and appreciating the great outdoors.
I started my life sciences career as a scientific instrumentation sales representative. Several years later I entered the world of recruiting and today I’m a Life Sciences Talent Scout and I receive great pleasure connecting outstanding talent with Turesol/Tunnell. To encourage girls toward a STEM career, I wrote and self-published, “Her STEM Career: Adventures of 51 Remarkable Women” and “How She Discovered Engineering.” Outside of work, my passion is senior dogs, especially a very special senior beagle named Penny.
I’ve spent over 28 years in the consulting & staffing industries and have been at Tunnell/Turesol for 15 years. During my time here my roles have focused on Talent Acquisition, Operations and Human Resources. When I’m not at work I love spending time with my 3 kids and my dog. If I’m not with my kids there’s a good chance you’ll find me at a poker table.
I have over thirty years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, predominately in scientific and technical areas. I enjoy the challenge of bringing pharmaceutical products from concept to approval. My free time is spent with my wife, two sons (and families), grandchildren, and an English Bulldog named Churchill. Backpacking and hiking are still fun, even for the “elderly”.
I have worked in the marketing field at Tunnell/Turesol for almost 20 years. I enjoy highlighting and promoting Tunnell/Turesol as a top-notch company devoted to the needs of the life sciences industry. When not thinking about ROI, target audiences or social media campaigns I pretend to be a world class horticulturalist.
